I have had the pleasure of working with Shelby Minotta and Laguna Escrow Services on two recent occasions. On both occasions I was the agent representing the buyer, Laguna Escrow Services was the preferred escrow provider of the seller’s agent and was selected by the seller. Both transactions had their challenges, and Shelby was always willing to work above and beyond, and cheerfully to make sure that everything that was needed was provided and documented accurately. Shelby went above and beyond on both occasions to resolve by contacting and working with outside sources to a degree that is normally not required in the standard escrow process. She worked weekends and evenings, even delivering documents to me for my clients after hours to make sure our transactions closed on time! She went above and beyond with the lender and made sure that loan documents that were signed late in the afternoon were delivered complete to the lender by 6 am the next morning, and then removed all the lenders last minute conditions within minutes of receiving them. I was actually with one of my buyers during the signing process, and Shelby was extremely well prepared, not only with the necessary documents but the answers to my client’s questions. She truly put them at ease at a very stressful time for them. This is truly an escrow officer and company that goes above and beyond to do everything to make sure that every party to the transaction is satisfied, and that the transactions closes smoothly!
